Classroom and Virtual Classroom Training

Our experienced instructors pride themselves on making traditional classroom learning fresh, dynamic and approachable. We offer courses across multiple times zones and locations to accommodate almost any need and preference. Classroom and virtual classroom training provides the results-driven learning that’s especially convenient and cost-effective for larger groups.

Where logistics are favourable Carrier Fire and Security can offer our Classroom training at the Value Added Reseller location if preferred.

e-Learning

Certification updates: Students wishing to remain certified are required to complete courses that keep their knowledge, skills and abilities current. Each time a new version of the OnGuard product is released, certified personnel are required to complete the corresponding distance learning course within 120 days and pass a recertification exam every two years.

Additional learning : For those who need to learn more about specific topics covered in their instructor-led courses, our web-based eLearning classes provide additional in‑depth, technical exploration of key topics. Prerequisite content is also available through eLearning modules, allowing classroom time to focus more exclusively on key hands-on topics and examples while reducing travel time and expenses for students.

We continue to expand our eLearning offerings based on positive feedback and course demand, giving you more ways than ever to access industry-leading instruction. Courses are available any time, day or night, along with an easy-to-use web portal that lets you track your progress.

User Classes

Carrier Fire and Security offer a range of end-user training options to help operators and system managers gain the maximum benefit from their investment.

These classes fall outside the scope of the OnGuard Certification program and do not result in certification benefits.
